LECLAB, in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that personal data collected through forms on the website: leclab.madrid, are included in the automated files specific to users of LECLAB's services.

The collection and automated processing of personal data aims to maintain the business relationship and perform tasks of information, training, counseling, and other activities specific to LECLAB.

These data will only be transferred to entities that are necessary solely for the purpose of fulfilling the aforementioned purpose.

LECLAB adopts necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

At LECLAB, we will process your personal data collected through the Website: leclab.madrid, for the following purposes:

1. Sending commercial information and newsletters about new services offered on the website and in the sector.
2. The process of archiving, updating systems, protecting, and storing information and company databases.
3. Transmitting data to third parties with whom contracts have been concluded for this purpose, for commercial, contractual, administrative, marketing, and/or operational purposes.

In cases where the user includes files with personal data on the shared hosting servers, LECLAB is not responsible for the user's non-compliance with the GDPR.

Intellectual property rights leclab.madrid

LECLAB owns all copyrights, intellectual property, industrial, "know how" and as many other rights related to the contents of the website leclab.madrid and the services offered on it, as well as the necessary programs for its implementation and related information.

Reproduction, publication, and/or non-strictly private use of the contents, total or partial, of the website leclab.madrid without prior and written consent is not allowed.

Intellectual property of the software

The user must respect third-party programs made available to them by LECLAB, even if they are free and/or publicly available.

LECLAB has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software.

The user does not acquire any right or license for the contracted service, on the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor on the technical information of service monitoring, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the performance of the contracted services and only during the duration of them.

For any action that exceeds the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization by LECLAB, and it is forbidden for the user to access, modify, view the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by LECLAB, assuming civil and criminal responsibility arising from any incident that could occur in the servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious action on their part.

Intellectual property of hosted content

The use contrary to the legislation on intellectual property of the services provided by LECLAB is prohibited, particularly of:

1. Use that is contrary to Spanish laws or infringes third-party rights.
2. The publication or transmission of any content that, in the judgment of LECLAB, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.
3. Cracks, serial numbers of programs or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
4. The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or contravening the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
5. The use of the domain's mail server and email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk email.

The user has full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, claims from third parties, and legal actions in reference to intellectual property, third-party rights, and child protection.

The user is responsible with respect to laws and regulations in force and the rules that have to do with the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright law, maintenance of public order, as well as universal Internet use principles.

The user will compensate LECLAB for the expenses that generated the imputation of LECLAB in some cause whose responsibility was attributable to the user, including fees and expenses of legal defense, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

Protection of hosted information

LECLAB performs backups of the contents hosted on its servers, however, it does not assume responsibility for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by users, since such data could have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except specific backup services, do not include the replacement of contents preserved in the backups made by LECLAB, when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a rate according to the complexity and volume of the recovery will be determined, always prior acceptance of the user.

The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is due to causes attributable to LECLAB.

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI. LECLAB will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or another equivalent electronic communication medium that had not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, LECLAB is authorized to send commercial communications concerning products or services of LECLAB that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the client.

In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no more commercial information be sent through the Customer Service channels.
