exceeds the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization by LECLAB, and it is forbidden for the user to access, modify, view the configuration, structure, and files of the information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LECLAB performs backups of the contents hosted on its servers, however, it does not assume responsibility for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by users, since such data could have been deleted and\/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services offered, except specific backup services, do not include the replacement of contents preserved in the backups made by LECLAB, when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a rate according to the complexity and volume of the recovery will be determined, always prior acceptance of the user.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is due to causes attributable to LECLAB.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commercial communications<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In application of the LSSI.
